This 42 year old man suffered severe gum disease and an unusual localised root resorption which lead to the loss of his anterior upper central teeth. Dr. Colbert opted for a six unit bridge here for replacement of the missing teeth. Not only are his teeth whiter but an orthodontic correction was performed too. The patient now has impeccable oral hygiene and is thrilled with his new smile.
This gentleman had a lot of wear present on his teeth. We decided to restore and protect the remaining teeth with composite veneers. With twice a year visits to the dentist and wearing a night guard, we can continue to protect and care for these teeth and once again they will hopefully last a lifetime!
This 46 year old only needed the most minor fillings done to restore her smile to perfection. It was a simple case requiring no injection and no discomfort!
This lady is 56 years of age and she has been putting off getting porcelain veneers for years because of cost. She is very conscious of her front teeth and would truly love them to look more aligned and straightened. Dr. Colbert gave this lady an option to go for composite Veneers that she would build up for her over a 2 hour period. They only cost a fraction of porcelain veneers but made the patient feel just as happy and confident about her smile! What a smile she has now!
This lady is 80 years young. She really didn’t want to have to wear a denture in order to fill this gap. And as she never had a denture in the past, chances are it would be uncomfortable and reduce her quality of life. We opted for a cheaper alternative to implants or conventional bridges. Dr. Colbert built up an everstick bridge straight away in the surgery for this patient. There were no impressions and no waiting on laboratory work…and the cost was only a fraction of the price of a more permanent laboratory made bridge. But the aesthetic result was exactly what the patient wanted.
This case is of a 63 year old female who has a lot of wear and erosion to the lower teeth. It has gone to such an extreme that the dentine layer under her enamel is exposed and there is severe erosion occurring to it leading to this ‘scooped out’ effect. This lady complained of hot and cold sensitivity. She wasn’t aware anything could be done about this unsightly destruction of tooth. With simple composite fillings we were able to once again repair the damage done to those teeth and protect the underlying dentine from any further wear or erosion.
A 35 year old presented to the surgery very unhappy with the spacing between her front teeth . With simple composite veneer we gave this woman a natural happy smile which she is proud of. It was so natural, hardly anybody noticed.

A 56 year old man presented having worn partial dentures all his life he wanted to go for a denture free option. His only realistic option here was placement of implants. Above are pictures of his implants and the finished result.
A 43 year old man presented to the Surgery hating the appearance of his front teeth. Together, we formulated a treatment option which the patient was very happy with. It was both quick and effective for the patient. We went for partial dentures in this case as his finances were limited but aesthetically the results were extremely pleasing.
A 65 year old woman, who had partial dentures all her life and heavily filled anterior teeth presented to The Fresh Breath Clinic requesting a ‘mini’ makeover. With a combination of treatments we restored her smile to a uniform, denture ‘less’ smile.
